Adian Martin has been in the home services industries since 2011. Starting off in HVAC, Adian gained an interest in home automation and energy efficiency, which ultimately led to residential solar. He built one of the largest sales organizations in the country, selling through the nation’s largest solar installation contractor. During that time not only did his company achieve many accolades but was widely recognized as an organization that pioneered virtual sales practices out of necessity due to COVID-19. They achieved over $100M in gross sales. Adian Martin is now at Green Light Solar to help optimize our dealer experience, as well as develop internal sales channels to allow the business to evolve with the ever-changing solar industry.
